This points to a dev instance of the Oauth UI, but it creates accounts in the production FxA database. You should be able to use these accounts with FxOS. Within the next few weeks we'll deploy the Oauth UI to production. We'll need to get you Oauth relier credentials, if Sean hasn't provided them to you already. Password reset doesn't work (well) yet.
