Today I upgraded only to find out that my bluetooth related things stopped
working. It turned out that ng_ubt didn't attach to my USB bluetooth
adapter.
Only then I discovered this change, installed the firmware package, etc.

As strange as it may seem, previously my adapter worked without uploading
any extra firmware.

I'd also like to hear why some hardware which used to work before without
explicit firmware upload now may requires these extra dances,

Firmware state detection logic is borrowed from Linux driver.
If you know better way point me to it.

just to be
prepared if my BT/WiFi cards suddenly stop working as well.
