Initial clean up the language in the manual pages.

Note that we don't quite use 'arc land' directly. You can use 'git arc stage'
as an
alternative to pull relevant info from phab into your commit message. We also
rewrite
history to squash fixup commits (such as your two later followups) into the main
commit using 'git rebase' or the like before pushing to the tree to keep the
history
clean and make history as bisectable as possible.
