    pf: backport OpenBSD syntax of "scrub" option for "match" and "pass" rules
    
    Introduce the OpenBSD syntax of "scrub" option for "match" and "pass"
    rules and the "set reassemble" flag. The patch is backward-compatible,
    pf.conf can be still written in FreeBSD-style.
