I am guessing there is no Google Group currently. Other lists like dev-b2g link to Google Groups from list summary page: https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/dev-b2g Maybe it's the wrong setup request? Service now says: "For a Discussion Forum, which can be created as a mailing list on lists.mozilla.org, a newsgroup on news.mozilla.org or a public Google Group, please use this link: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=mozilla.org&format=mozlist";.
