if you delete the backup-flame directory and flash the v18D_nightly_v2.zip; running the ./config.sh flamek-kk should create a new backup-flame directory and pull the contents there.
Specifically : <b2g_project>/device/t2m/flame/extract-files.sh should create it. The extract-files.sh has to run from that directory as it's done via reference to directory structure.
