Just stating that my Peak too also becomes so hot on the charger's side
whenever I'm doing something ~heavy on it, downloading FOTAs or even connecting
it to computer.
IMO this seems like a software issue?

Subject: [b2g] Problems on Peak

Hi all,

I was using Peak with Nightly 1.4.

Trying to get mail messages, at same time running app Loqui trying to
synchronize contacts.

The phone become hot (near to USB connector) and suddenly freezes and the
screen turned off. With no response of any button.

I removed and replaced the battery, and the reinitialization stop on the
splashscreen of Geeksphone. I repeated the operation and the same happened.

I connected to computer and got reach it by adb.

Try to flash without success, so on the bootloader (on the phone), I selected
factory recovery and it worked well.

But when I try to enter some data, I cannot see the keyboard, for instance,
type the WiFi password. I tap on the field and the keyboard doesn't appear.

I tried to flash again, and now after the boot nothing happens, but I can
access adb shell.

Anyone have some suggestion?
