Bug 998500 just landed to b2g-i in commit https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/b2g-inbound/rev/bb23e8d8d194
This allows developers to pass the -oop option when running b2g desktop, which will make it run out-of-process, similar to the environment on the phone. This should make it much easier for us to continue cleanup of tests and functionality in oop on desktop. This should also allow us to run these tests on tbpl, albeit hidden until we un-permaorange them.
