46 out of 48 tests passed for the 2014-02-03 Buri Master M-C Mozilla RIL
Build. There is one new issue and one existing blocker that kept the
smoketests from fully passing.
**Note: New issue (bug 966899
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=966899>) is called out as
a blocker because prevents the Rocketbar from being present on device on
a data migration, which prevents the user from being able to use the
functionality on the device.
