Hi list, I live at a country border. This leads to the unfortunate effect that my phone will sometimes log into the neighbor country's cells if that just happens to be stronger in that moment.
Since it has happened to me quite a few times (leading to horrendous phone bills) and I didn't want to always have to pay attention to it, I had roaming blocked in my cell phone contract. However, the foreign cells will still accept my phone (but I won't be able to receive calls and will hear an error message when I try to phone anybody). So could we maybe have a feature where you can block individual cells or cell phone providers (by provider string for example)? That's something that no other phone ever had and something that has driven me insane since moving here with every cellphone :-/ I wanted to discuss on the list first if this was a feature worth filing a bug for or if the use case is too narrow to warrant devtime.
