That's true but internally we use it as the backbone for all Travis and
TBPL UI testing.
But it's definitely not as accessible as the Simulator and you can't
connect to it with App Manager.. but then it's on nightly builds on the
ftp server! swings and roundabouts.

My understanding is that very few / no people use desktop B2G directly today,
though. It's main current use case is the Simulator, which wraps B2G desktop
and adds other features.
It could be confusing to break it out as a separate item. But if we do, it
might be good to at least be clear about its connection to the Simulator.
