Thanks Marcia! I've needinfo'ed EJ Chen(also added on this email) to help out. EJ, can you please help with the issue at the earliest ? Looks like the suggested backout was not clean and we really cannot have a broken dialer on the phone for this long. Also, I'll follow-up on a separate email on possibility of adding new tests to this area of code to avoid this in future.
