I am on OSX 10.8.4 After I fixed all the errors spat out by https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Firefox_OS_build_prerequisites#Run_Firefox_OS_Mac_Bootstrapit eventually built, its something thats broken for me fairly regularly but the above script always seems to get me back to being buildable
