Hi, I've been developing a free software for digital publishing named Managana for some time. Up to the last version it relied on the Adobe Flash Player to run, but now I managed exibit the content produced on it using the HTML5 canvas. I tested it on many systems but since I don't have an actual FirefoxOS phone for testing, I had to check everything using the simulator. I'm quite interested on performance issues while running on real hardware... Could you help me with that?
I already got some results and I know the content is displayed as expected, but I need more feedback for improvement... First, please access this link: http://www.managana.org/editor/?render=5&community=managanaintroen This is a simple presentation of the software itself. You should see an orange background with some black buttons and white imagery and text. The expected behaviour here is: * the black arrows should move the presentation slides: there is a transition movement that may be truncated due to performance (quite interested on that) * the upper right black button must show a text overlay about the content I also would like to know if the text is readable and if the standard browser zooming works on for it. Another test, if you're feeling brave, is to check some audiovisual-intensive content. Here is the link: http://www.managana.org/editor/?render=5 The white links on the right show you English content. Please access "grain" and tell me the video experience. The expected behaviour is to show the video thumbnails with a "play" button that will bring the video to an upper layer for playback if clicked. The Chinese symbols do the navigation. Also, please try to access this address http://www.managana.org/editor/ And confirm it brings you to the same location as the one before (with the "?render=5"). Sorry for so many requests... Thank you a lot! _______________________________________________ dev-b2g mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/dev-b2g
