Question 1: Story of your engagement

Tell me a story about when Mozilla was successful in achieving or
advancing one of it’s goals and how you contributed to that. (Please
describe in detail the situation and what made it a high point
experience for you).

What did you do specifically? How did it feel to be a part of the effort?

How did you grow? What role did collaboration with other Mozillians
play in the outcome of this project, process, etc?

=> I started contributing on Mozilla when Mozilla had just announce
about there Rapid release cycle, yes Firefox 4.0, that was a
milestone, a huge update from 3.6 to 4.0, I love to heard that they
will now develop Firefox more faster, i am a imborn FOSS supporter and
I love Open web things, so I thought that Mozilla need people like me,
if they will start faster development, they will need people for
faster documentation about new release, for faster testing for
upcoming version with new feature and User support forum needs people
to reply tons of support question so go to mozilla.com/contribute and
signed up as a volunteer and started reply on twitter via army of
awesome.

=> nowadays i help user on support forum, twitter and official Firefox
facebook page, I also test Firefox and submit bugs, thats cool . now a
days i am a member of AMO featured board and as i said, i am a imborn
opensource fan, so i feel great after contributing on open web

Today i also become a Mozilla reps, i love to talk with people, i love
to see when people ask me how to contribute, that feels me great

Question 2: Mozilla Challenges and opportunities

What and why do you believe are the opportunities and challenges that
Mozilla faces today?

(Help text: These can be challenges as they relate to products,
communication, collaboration, culture, business, technology, mission,
leadership, business, and/or community. If they would like, they are
welcome to speak to more than one opportunity or challenge.)

=>The first challenge that mozilla is facing is unfair marketing. Like
google chrome come with flash player. Which Mozilla can not give with
firefox. The funny thing is we are forcing to use flash for some
mozilla activity, like air.mozilla.org. I hope we can overcome it
soon.

Web literacy is a big challenge for open web. Most of people don't
know what is open web. More over in our country almost 80% people
don't use internet.

little detective work, you discover it is Spring 2018. Imagine what
that world looks like. Picture how people are connecting with one
another through technology in the world around you. To your immense
relief, the world has changed in the ways you most wanted it to.
Imagine Mozilla is doing the best good it can.Think a minute about
what you believe we are doing right.

=> Firefox OS, Webmaker,

What is Mozilla’s role in the world?

=> Promoting Open Web

How has Mozilla advanced the open web from it’s state in 2013?

How have we grown as a community?

=> A lot, but still facing a lot of challanges

How we have increased the effectiveness of the way in which we work together?

Another 2 billion people are now online, how has Mozilla helped to
make this happen?

=> Making the web more easier, more fun
