If you're making a change to Moz RIL in a blocker bug, please add NO_UPLIFT to the whiteboard before resolving, and notify [email protected]. This will ensure that our partners can react to the change in the commercial RIL prior to uplift. Once we've received a new commercial RIL, we'll remove NO_UPLIFT and the change can be uplifted.
