NOTE: Due to extreme time constraints, here are the test results for today's
smoketest - *AS IS* from our contractors. OTA info in a separate mail.
42 out of 46 tests passed for the 2/27/2013 build. Here are the major issues
that prevented the smoke tests from passing:
