We recently switched the mochitest, marionette and xpcshell emulator
tests to use the Fedora-32 pool instead of the Ubuntu-64 VM pool as
hosts. This will free up a lot of cycles for the desktop linux 32 tests
as well as b2g emulator reftests.
What this means is that you should see drastically shorter wait times
for b2g emulator mochitest, marionette and xpcshell as well as
moderately shorter wait times for b2g emulator reftest and linux 32
desktop tests.
This also means we can be more aggressive with enabling more b2g tests
as we can (more) easily spin up additional VM's to handle additional load.
