OK, so what is the difference between tracking-b2g18=+ and
tracking-b2g18=19+?

Has the sentence "tracking-b2g18:19+ the bug must be fixed on the v1
branch within 6 weeks after v1.0 code ships" still any meaning?

Thanks!
