All I know is that we've been a participating mentoring organization in
the past (go to
http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/projects/list/google/gsoc2012 and
filter "Mozilla" on organization).
I couldn't find any details for 2013 registration on either the GSOC
page or Mozilla wiki.
