41 out of 45 tests passed for the 1/17/2013 build. Here are the major
issues that prevented the smoke tests from passing:

*Bugs Breaking Smoke Tests*
* New] [APP INSTALL] White space rolls up the screen as the user
scrolls upwards on a app section.
