Hi Carlos,

We switched our daily builds over to mozilla infrastructure last week. And
because of this, our release engineering team has disabled generating device
manifests on http://stage.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/b2g/manifests/.

There is a blocking-basecamp+ bug to get the manifests up and running asap, so
our partners can access the public manifest files. The bugs tracked for this
work is at:

Bug 813710 - Switch manifests to git.mozilla.org
Bug 818368 - correct manifest to use git.m.o URLs ending with .git

Once these bugs are fixed, release engineering can give out the public links
for manifests so you can generate device builds again.

Tony
