Thomas,

I'm not entirely sure, nor do I care at this point, what you've been up to
the past week. I spent my entire weekend working on the user manual as well
as updating the documentation, all of which was assigned to you in both
e-mail and face-to-face contact a week ago. All that is left at this point
is updates of the UML which I both WANT and NEED done by 4:45 PM so I can
print the final report and have it in a presentable form by tomorrow
morning.

It has become apparent that the disbarring of Andy has had no real effect on
your work ethic. We saw a mild resurgence at the start of this final
milestone segment with the addition of the treasure system to Sleuths and
the menu placeholders for the avatar, which is appreciated. However as time
has marched on we've seen less and less of this commitment to the project.
I understand real life happens, I understand we hit tough spots, but I'm
quite positive each of us have hit our all-time lows during this project,
yet we've managed to keep pushing forward, and for the sake of not only our
grades but our drive to see a wonderful piece of software we've poured so
much of our time into.

While its rather late for me to say this, I feel I'm speaking for everyone
else when we say we're tired of having to pick up the slack on this.
E-mails regarding proof-reading the manual aren't enough, especially since
YOU were assigned to create it and do the documentation in the first place.
After having seen the first draft I sent out, an e-mail updating me on your
progress, letting me know what you had done, or just saying, I dropped the
ball on this, thanks for picking it up, would have been not only nice, but
from where I sit, required. There is no claiming to be updating the wiki
pages either, as I can, and have checked the history for every document we
have pertaining to the main brunt of the project and none of them had been
touched for awhile until I did changes to them yesterday.

So in closing, I not only want but expect to have the fully revised and
finished UML diagrams committed to the repo today by 4:30. Yes i said 4:45
earlier, but I'm cutting that back so I have time to proof everything. I
have a class at 12 noon, ending at 1:00 PM. I expect to see something
pertaining to UML updated/added to the repo by the time I get back at 1:00.
If there is nothing there, I will go ahead and do the updates myself and
chock things up to a loss.

In short, if you want to save your grade and your graduation, you best get
working. I won't be accepting any excuses about not getting the e-mail
until after the deadline.
