I've modified the Parser to allow the delimiter character to appear in the value section of our data files. Now that I've committed the fix, I've realized that this probably isn't an issue anymore since we are no longer storing the user's passwords since they are read via FTP. But either way, it has been modified and tested to an extent. But, if you run into any really strange crashes related to values being read in from file, chances are good that I broke something, but I actually don't foresee any issues.
