Thoughts: -Adding the player's character into the Main Menu, the Scene Selection but then -not- into the actual Sleuths GUI. This would save us the headache of space in that sense. I still think the character needs to be in the actual game, and was thinking of just displaying it inside of the Notebook. What do you guys think?

If you look at other point and click style adventure games they all cram as much stuff in the gui as possible to fill up the screen space too. Bottom line: Getting everything in the gui is important, but worrying about clutter isn't, in my opinion. -- My only thought is that the button area is so populated that it is starting to get a bit confusing and the buttons are getting "lost in the mix".
