I just commited the first completed Scene of the London scenario. Provided I can knock out other projects I plan to have London finished by Wednesday evening. Test it out and see what you think of the look. While I realize the other scenes are not finished you can see the layout as well as the scenario.xml file. It will load up the initial text and give you the final culprits. I did notice an error in that it did not match the correct button to the correct culprit. I thought it was possibly a goof in my xml file but I could find nothing wrong. It may also have to do with the fact the other scenes are not there and just causes a strange error. I'm not filing a bug report until the other scenes are done. If the error persists then I shall.
