The notebook functionality works wonderfully. I like the layout of it. I do, however, feel like default size of the window is misleading. All of our other windows are set at specific sizes that the students can't mess with. The app doesn't feel so much like a notebook, more like a post-it note. Possibly having the notebook window be a larger default size.
I don't think there is need for a close button. Although it may be aesthetically appealing and go with the flow of the game in general better. Hmm. If we use the notebook button to both open and close it then we should probably not have a close button. Otherwise I'm very happy with it. Very simple to use and great functionality. Nice job.
