Sorry, that's not possible, ou can't recommend a library you are
building against. I suggest in your project you rebuild control-center
without wacom support (drop the build dependency).

gnome-control-center 1:3.3.90-0ubuntu4
g-c-c depends on libwacom2
But, I am working on a project that does not want or need (indeed
cannot display) wacom stuff in settings.
Can libwacom2 be made a recommend of g-c-c instead of a depend?
