unable to change preferences when run under unity

Bug description:
Unity does not supply Gnome Shell's "Appmenu" and there is no
epiphany-globalmenu package or similar. There is no (easily
identifiable) way to access the Epiphany browser's preferences, not
even with dconf-editor.
