yes, then this is a Metacity bug.

Bug description:
The title for the current window, in the top panel, is now quite huge.
The menus, clock, and person(?) indicator have the correct font and
size of DejaVu Sans 6 as I have set in dconf. The application title
font seems to have a hard coded size now.
