Title: Screen not locked when coming out of suspend/hibernate Status in “gnome-screensaver” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: (Bug-reporting newbie here) For the first time ever, I was not prompted for a password when I opened the lid of my laptop and resumed suspend. I have not been able to replicate it again since, but is sounds like a potentially serious security bug. I updated Ubuntu two days ago (I think) with the default suggested updates, and again today. So, I guess that either: 1) If it was a bug due to the older update, it may now be fixed by the newer update. 2) The problem may still be there, but has not showed up yet, due to it being a "randomly" appearing bug. I'd be happy to run any tests you want me to. The computer is a 5 year old Dell XPS m1210 with GeForce graphics card (everything default except now using a Vertex 2 SSD) running Ubuntu 11.10, on which I've had ubuntu since Hardy. I have never experienced this bug before.
