Bug description:
I am using two laptops, both uptodate precise. On one (amd64 vostro),
the meta (super, or windows) key works as it should for the panel, but
meta-up does not full-screen an application. On the other (i386
lenovo s10-3) meta-up does full-screen an app, but i cannot use meta
to interact with the panel. I've done a 'unity --reset' on that i386
laptop, but it didn't fix my meta/super key.
