Ivanov Aleksey, this is:
- a clearcut upstream issue as per:
http://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/AutoCalculate

"All cells are recalculated after a sheet cell has been modified." Modifying a
sheet cell in another document does not satisfy this criteria. However, your
welcome to send this to the developers of the software by following the
instructions at http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport . If you have done
so, please tell us the number of the upstream bug (or the link), so we can add
a bugwatch that will inform us about its status.
- Resolving as Won't Fix in LibreOffice Packaging. This does not mean the issue
will not be cared about, but if it is cared about (even by Ubuntu/Canonical
contributors), it is done upstream at LibreOffice.

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  1) lsb_release -rd
  Description:  Ubuntu 11.10
  Release:      11.10

  2) apt-cache policy libreoffice-calc
  libreoffice-calc:
    Installed: 1:3.4.4-0ubuntu1
    Candidate: 1:3.4.4-0ubuntu1
    Version table:
   *** 1:3.4.4-0ubuntu1 0

       1:3.4.3-3ubuntu2 0
          500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric/main i386 Packages

  3) What is expected to happen in Calc via the Terminal:

  cd ~/Desktop && wget

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/877324/+attachment/2556733/+files/files.tar
  && file-roller -h files.tar && cd files && localc --nologo 1.ods 2.ods

  with AutoCalculate enabled, is if one changes the cell A1 in 1.ods,
  2.ods is automatically updated.

  4) What happens instead is it is not.

  WORKAROUND: Ctrl+Alt+F9.

  Reproducible in:
