Title: "Always on Visible Workspace" lost intermittently... Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: It looks like when I tell an Empathy window to stay visible on all workspaces, the instruction is sometimes lost. My best guess would be whenever a new tab is added. It would be nice if this setting would stop being forgotten every time I add a chat as it's forcing me to re-pin the window each time. Also what would be nice would be if pinned windows retained their pinning preference after being closed for when they next open. Part bug, part feature. But definitely a bug.
