In case u meant Preferences>minutes between update refresh value here is set in 100. Anyway i menat about manual refresh CTRL-R and not automatic refresh. After i clicked CTRL-R in that case i got indefinitely the window u can see in screenshot in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gwibber/+bug/889947. Anyway to mention that were a rare case(almost for me).
