Closing as Won't Fix for Oracular for those reasons
- we don't roll langpack updates for non LTS series so can't get translations
- the change is for regulation compliance/OEM reasons, users aren't going to
miss out the change in Oracular
- Plucky is our current stable, Oracular will be soon out of support so we
would prefer to not waste efforts on it at this point of the cycle
@SRU team, let me know if you strongly disagree with this though since I
don't want it to block Noble

It needs add a warning when disabling power management in Gnome
settings such that there's a note on the power buttons that 'disabling
sleep will increase energy consumption'

[Where problems could occur]
* This patch is picked from upstream, the patch add a warning label,
so this adds a translatable string, we should also check that it shows
up in the places that translators are looking so that it can *be*
translated for the next point release.
