** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 105088 Thunderbird does not honor gnome-vfs paths -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to thunderbird in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/854676 Title: Thunderbird gvfs support in the open file dialog Status in Mozilla Thunderbird Mail and News: New Status in “thunderbird” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Hi! I have some mounted shares in nautilus, which are also added to bookmarks (so every share is either shown as mounted or as bookmarked) when I try to add an attachment I can't add a file from mounted share nor bookmark - neither bookmarks nor mounted shares are shown in the open file dialog. As far as I understand it's because missing thunderbird GVFS support. I think it's very important to fix it, because thunderbird will be the default mail client and the situation when the file is located on the remote share is usual, especially in corporate environment.
