This is fixed in the development version (25.04). If someone encounters
the issue in an older Ubuntu release, please comment here so we can
prepare an SRU.

Bug description:
When after the upgrade the system restart is required the popup with
the options appears but once clicked the option to Restart Now it
doesn't happens, the popup disappear but the system doesn't reboot,
gotta reboot manually.
