Title:
  After graphic screen display any application takes long time to start

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Ubuntu Plucky after boot and graphic screen displayed click on any icon in 
the dock the app takes about 20 seconds to start, this happens with all apps 
for about 20 seconds, after this time start is again rapid. 
  alt+f2 start is rapid also during the fist 20 seconds.
  in the attached journal i started gnome-calculator from alt+f2
