It sounds like the correct modes are not being detected over an analog VGA port. What output do you see from this command?

Software: Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS, Linux 6.8.0-50-generic Under xorg display all is good but with Wayland not. I have added the extra graphic resolution to the kernel, but on boot it says the setting it invalid.
