I also get this error as stated in the Ubuntu pop-up that a system problem causes to appear. I don't know how to acquire the actual crash report. But from the crash dialog here are some interesting items: o LPStat shows 2 items for the same Canon MX410 Series printer - one USB and one networked print server o it also lists 2 items PpdFiles CUPS+Gutenprint v5.3.3 and v5.3.1 Also, I had gone through numerous iterations of trying to install the Canon printer driver, which always failed due to an unresolved dependency. So I also tried different Ubuntu Cups drivers from various Ubuntu sources.
