Title:
gnome-shell gets stuck on Firefox palying online video

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
My steps to reproduce this bug are:
  1. Turn on
  2. Start Firefox to play bilibili online videos, and I found that it is
easier to play two online videos at the same time
  3. Wait for about 30 minutes, first the whole computer screen screen is
stuck, and then the sound disappears, the machine crashes, and you have to
press and hold the power button to force a restart

I saw the gnome-shell process CPU usage at 100% by switching to the
virtual console, I don't know what's going on, this problem is
basically a must, please help take a look at it thanks

  My Machine Information:

  1. The machine model is Thinkpad T14 Gen5
(https://ubuntu.com/certified/202405-34010)
  2、Ubuntu 22.04
  3. The package with the problem gnome-shell 42.9-0ubuntu2.2
  4. I hope that playing online videos will not cause crashes, and the system
can be more robust
  5. The actual situation is that playing online videos will cause crashes...
