When the lid is closed and device is sleep/suspended, once the lid is
opened and the device wakes up, the brightness is maxed out rather than
staying at the brightness it was at prior to sleep/suspend. This only
occurs on sleep/suspend and not when rebooting. Requires me to manually
reduce the brightness every time I wake up the laptop
