Bug description:
The bug occurs at 10:00am CET. The screen freezes with a dust-like appearance
on top of the windows (blue on dark windows, yellow on white ones), the mouse
and the keyboard become unresponsive. In particular:
* Ctrl-Alt-F6 does not switch consoles
* Num Lock Caps Lock don't change respective LED status on keyboard
* No response to Alt+SysRq+b/o (trying all combinations of Alt+Fn+Prtsc,
Scroll Lock, Attn)
The computer does not respond to ping or slogin. Only power cycling
returns the computer to a normal state.
