Sorry for the delay.

There wasn't anything named extensions in there, but I still did it. The
bug has never reappeared after a log in, only after a restart.
Everything is still the same.

  When starting my computer, gnome-shell lags a lot (holding and
  dragging on the desktop, clicking icons on the dock and apps menu).
  After putting my pc to sleep and waking it up, everything works
  normally.
