Bug description:
[ Impact ]

 * WWAN module manufactured by Fibocom will not able to update WWAN
module's firmware in Jammy. Firmware update ability added after
libmbim 1.32. Need to backport related patches to libmbim to make
public user able to get full support through WWAN firmare update.

[ Test Plan ]

 * execute "mbimcli --help-fibocom" can get Fibocom options

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * This SRU is going to add new fibocom command to CLI interface
and should not affect other already working commands

[Other information]
