Public bug reported: On some of restarts black theme is not applied and nautilus, terminal, system-monitor are loading way slow.
After 2 minutes it's getting normal and it happens not on all the time. 1) Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS 3) Normal working of the nautilus, terminal, system-monitor 4) Startup of terminal, nautilus takes long time. They are started in the incorrect theme. Busy cursor is being displayed all the time.
