Bug description:
Once webkit2gtk is updated to >= 2.45.3, epiphany's build tests fail
for s390x.
I worked around this for Ubuntu 24.10 by removing epiphany-browser on
s390x but we'll need to do something else for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
