  KWorker acpi _notify running 90+ processes and consuming 100% of a cpu
  core

Bug description:
  KWorker is running a cpu core at 100%.   I am running an HP Victus
  15.6 Gaming Laptop with a Ryzen 7 8000 series CPU with an nvidua 4060
  gpu.   Sometimes it goes away and other times it comes back.
