My applications does not listed in that list because they are not installed (it is development binaries that runs from VCS folder), but I found some other applications without icons.
One is DBeaver 24.1.4, but it also not installed (I use noJDK edition: https://github.com/dbeaver/dbeaver/releases/download/24.1.4/dbeaver- ce-24.1.4-linux.gtk.x86_64-nojdk.tar.gz) The second is p7Zip (p7zip-desktop), which is installed, does not have icon in Super+A and in Dock.
